Since the reform and opening up,China's insurance industry has continued to grow and develop,and the functions and functions of insurance in economic society have become more and more prominent.Especially commercial auto insurance has provided important guarantee for economic and social development and people's life stability in more than 30 years.On the other hand,there are still some problems such as the imbalance of premium structure in China's property insurance market.The phenomenon and system of homogeneity and unified rate of commercial auto insurance products are not in line with the market situation of China's insurance market rate.Since June 1,2015,the implementation of the commercial auto insurance tariff rate reform in Qingdao,the effect is significant,in this context,the Qingdao area as the research object,analysis and research of commercial auto insurance needs and its influencing factors,to promote the auto insurance industry The healthy and orderly development of a certain theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the research literature of domestic and international commercial auto insurance demand,this paper starts from the theory of product demand and summarizes the three characteristics of sensitivity,non-searching and level of commercial auto demand service.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of automobile insurance and commercial auto insurance in China,and further analyzes the existing problems of automobile insurance market in Qingdao,and compares the commercial auto insurance terms before and after the change.Through the design and collection of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the demand of commercial car insurance products in Qingdao under the background of commercial auto insurance rate reform from the effective demand,pseudo demand and structural demand.Based on the statistical data of survey questionnaire,Cross-statistics analysis and Logistic regression analysis were carried out to explore the influencing factors of commercial auto insurance demand.The results show that consumers with experience in investment and financial management to buy commercial auto insurance will be the most intense,consumer renewal is more important when the insurance company's service experience and brand reputation.In addition,Qingdao auto insurance rate reform policy advocacy efforts to be strengthened.Finally,based on the current commercial auto insurance rate reform background,from the consumer risk positioning and differentiation,segment the needs of consumers,combined with the development of automotive driving technology to develop innovative commercial auto insurance products and high quality services to win market share Aspects of the proposed countermeasures and recommendations.
