Electronic information technology industry is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy,whether it is for the national economy,or for the national information system security,which has a strategic significance.With thirty years of reforming and opening up,the electronic information industry has a great development.However,in the process of transformation from planned economy to market economy and in the process of integration with the global economy,enterprises of electronic information technology in China has been facing the brutal competition in the industry.As of now,it is still in development in complex environment.Shenzhen G electronic company is one of the many Chinese manufacturers of electronic products.In 20 years of development history,its business scope from the inception of the relevant telephone manufacturing,gradually expanded to network communication equipment terminal end products,audio-visual multimedia products,kitchen appliances and auto parts products R&D and manufacturing etc.sales.Up to 2016,Shenzhen G Electronics Co.,Ltd.is a set of procurement chain and the financial investment of distribution chain,international electricity supplier and other services in one of the vertical,diversified group of companies,with great potential for development.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the development background of Shenzhen G electronics company and the development of the industry.Also,it introduces outlines the purpose of this study,methods and the overall framework of ideas.The second chapter analyzes the external environment of Shenzhen G electronic company which is under the external macro environment and industry competition environment.The third chapter introduces the enterprise's internal management structure,operating conditions,the resources and environment and core competitiveness of Shenzhen G electronic company in the internal environment research.In the fourth chapter,the specific situation of the enterprise development strategy is analyzed by using SWOT,and the advantage and disadvantage of the enterprise are defined to provide the decision-making basis for the enterprise to make the competition strategy.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the previous chapters.This chapter puts forward the concrete strategy implementation strategy of Shenzhen G electronics company.The last part is the conclusion,hoping that the research of this paper can provide a reference for enterprises to identify the current situation scientifically,and provide the necessary decision guidance for the company's strategic development.
