As the quick development of economy level of of our country,and market economy continues to improve, China into the world economic integration degree deepen constantly, competition is increasing gradually, competitive intelligence by domestic enterprise value. After joining the WTO, many firms have been able to realize information has become the fouth factors of production after fund capital, technology capital, human resources . Realize the importance of information system construction in the enterprise, in china ,the competitive intelligence system is still in a undeveloped stage.The construction of the discipline on competitive intelligence is weak in comparison, and relevant information subject is relatively scarce, professional talents of competitive intelligence of enterprise application consciousness was not enough attention, the utilization rate of competitive intelligence in enterprise is low in comparison, the government for competitive intelligence service function was not strong enough. How to effectively enhance enterprise in the IT industry in the sales of electronic products, consciousness, help enterprise competitive intelligence in the lower operational risk, market to make the right decisions, improving economic efficiency, become urgent now.This paper is including five chapters. The first chapter analyzed the background, significance, the domestic and foreign relevant research ,described were put forward in this paper and the research ideas, methods, and possible innovations. The second chapter of the concept of competitive information and the importance of competitive intelligence for enterprises is discussed, explained in the IT industry sales of electronic products, the necessity of competitive intelligence in application. The third chapter is mainly analyses the current lack of competitive intelligence of the IT industry sales of electronic products, the existing problems in the environment, interpreted, and points out that the objective reality in the lack of information under the condition of market information of enterprise management, market system lack, and hence shape defects. The fourth chapter basically means is in the electronic products sales enterprise application competitive intelligence existing problems. The fifth chapter is trying to competitive intelligence in the IT industry by sales of electronic products, the problems existing in the corresponding solution countermeasures.
