In the human food structure,meat accounted for a considerable proportion of food.With China’s economic and social development and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,meat diet in urban and rural residents in China occupies an increasingly important position.However,in recent years,the issue of meat food safety has become a hot issue of public concern.It also reveals some existing problems in China’s meat safety supervision,this article has carried on the inspection to this,from distinguishes the related concept,through the analysis our country meat food safety supervision present situation,seeks for the question the question,The experience and lessons of food safety supervision in developed countries,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the safety supervision of meat products in China.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the research background and significance of this paper,and combs the relevant literatures at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The second part is related concepts and theoretical analysis,the main concepts and theories discussed in this paper are discussed.The third part is the analysis of China’s meat safety supervision of the status quo and problems.This paper argues that the more fundamental problem is that there is an urgent need to deepen the coordination mechanism of meat safety supervision system,the self-regulation of trade associations and the supervision of media and society exist in the field of food safety supervision and management,and there are some problems in the field of food safety supervision.Negative,anomie problem.The fourth part of the United States,Europe and the United States,Japan and other countries and regions in the meat safety supervision practices and experience of the inspection,and analysis of these experiences for China’s meat safety supervision implications.The fifth part is the suggestion part.Therefore,there have been related research results from the specific measures put forward a lot of countermeasures and suggestions,this paper based on the relevant research results,proposed from the three principles of the direction of China’s meat safety supervision and regulatory recommendations that the regulatory system to strengthen unity and cooperation,Supervision on the main encourage public participation,supervision direction to strengthen national cooperation.
