The Financial Management Model Analysis Of Commercial Banks

With the further development of China’s financial system,commercial banks as the main part of the financial system,an important play in the growth and development of socialist market economy in the process of the role,and more and more obvious.To strengthen the financial management of commercial banks,and constantly improve the innovation of financial management model,improve the overall management level of commercial banks,are the inevitable choice to establish a modern commercial banking system.However,China’s banking industry is not only the process of financial management itself has many problems,but the existing financial management mode can’t meet the need of some change rapidly changing,these all need improvement,innovation and development of the way to solve.This paper will be based on the theory of financial management,the research on Minsheng Bank as an example analysis of the current financial management system of commercial bank and the main problems on the basis of the experience of financial management mode of foreign banks on the advanced,put forward countermeasures and suggestions of innovation.In this paper,the research process,the extensive use of comparative analysis,data analysis,empirical research methods,such as integrated management,accounting and other related professional knowledge,a detailed analysis.At the same time,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign commercial banks and other financial management experience,combined with the characteristics of Minsheng Bank,Minsheng Bank financial management model to explore the solution and innovation model.
