With our rapid economic development,the process of urbanization is accelerating and the urban vehicle inventory is also growing year by year.This phenomenon caused severe traffic jam and environmental pollution,which has become "Urban Disease" of our society.The government has put forward the "Bus Priority Strategy" to relieve the traffic jam.With the increasing diversification of people’s travel mode,the Customized Shuttle Bus has become a part of the diversified public transportation system.Because of its characteristic of convenient and comfortable,the Customized Shuttle Bus has aroused widespread concern in society.Just under such a background,a scientific and reasonable fare of the Customized Shuttle Bus is necessary to ensure the continuous and stable development of this new kind of transportation.And the ticket system being used is the flat fare,which made the seat occupancy rate was not very high.Based on this situation,this paper sets up the time-different bi-level programming model to optimize the fare.This paper first conducts the research about the domestic and foreign public transportation pricing method and the development status of the Customized Shuttle Bus.The situation of the Customized Shuttle Bus is pinpointed after the summarization of its connotation,property and characteristics.And this paper also summarizes the differences between the Customized Shuttle Bus and other public transport means.Through the summary of the operation status of the customized shuttle bus,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of this kind of bus.After combining with the influence factors of the fare formulation method of customized shuttle bus,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several basic pricing methods.Then by selecting the time-different pricing strategy,adding the Bi-level programming to it,and balancing the enterprise benefit and trip cost,this paper makes a global optimal pricing model and proposes the solving algorithm.Finally,this paper applies the model to Chengdu customized shuttle bus(line D006)to make an analysis of examples.By comparing the fare and passenger flow volume after using time-sharing pricing with the fare and passenger flow volume before,this paper then draw a conclusion that time-sharing pricing can improve the seat occupancy rate and raise the earnings of the company. |
