Research On Optimization Of Operating Costs Of Customized Shuttle Bus In Beijing

Beijing,as an international metropolis,the development of public transport is particularly important.However,the demand of ground bus,the main force of public transport,is on the decrease year by year due to road congestion,environmental pollution,rail traffic competition and other reasons.It loses the dominant position in urban public transport.In recent years,the enterprises of ground bus learned from foreign public transport to run various lines of customized bus with Beijing characteristics,which attracts widespread attention in society.In this context,what role has the running of customized buses played in the shrinkage of ground bus? Depending on the high subsidy of the government budget all the year round,whether the emergence of customized public transport can bring certain economic benefits to the high cost of public transport? What are the suggestions for the development of customized public transport? In this paper,the writer will study the operation cost optimization of customized public transport by answering,analyzing and demonstrating these questions.Firstly,the writer analyzes the research status of customized public transport in China and abroad in recent years.Then he introduces the development of customized public transport in Beijing and the two characteristic customized public transport routes in Beijing,which named "the special line of the Institute of Children's Studies" and "the joint bus of Beijing South Railway Station".Next the writer analyzes the environmental factors of customized public transport through SWOT analysis matrix model to find out the operation cost problems of customized public transport.In addition,the daily departure times of customized bus are predicted by using the second moving average prediction model in the time series model.And the conclusions are demonstrated again.The conclusion that the model data can effectively reduce the operation cost is obtained,and the feasible suggestions for the optimization of the operation cost of customized bus are put forward.
