Research On Financial Support Policy Effect Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Jilin Province

With the pace of social development,Small and micro businesses appear in our view slowly,the development of strength should not be underestimated,though small,but the number of enterprises in China accounted for more than ninety percent in total.China has become the world's second largest economy in 2010,the growth rate of the economy is amazing,but the per capita GDP in China is ranked,and increasingly showing the poor poorer,the rich richer "trend.In order to achieve the goal of sustained and stable growth of China's economy,small and micro enterprises can be fast and healthy development has been more and more attention.According to the survey,Small and micro enterprises in the stable economic growth,to solve the problem of labor employment,technological innovation and shorten the gap between urban and rural areas have played a greater role in promoting.It can be seen that the development of small micro-enterprises can't be ignored.In recent years,governments and financial institutions have paid more and more attention to the development of small and micro enterprises,and many relevant policies have been formulated to promote their development.However,the problem is always accompanied by the development process.At present,the most significant and important of the constraints of small and medium enterprises is undoubtedly the financing problem.Therefore,the study of financial policies and their effects on financing small and micro enterprises has become particularly important.This paper starts from the perspective of regional economy,and makes a preliminary study on the effect of financial support policy of small and medium enterprises in Jilin province.First,sort out the reform and opening up for Small and micro businesses of the financial support policy,and then expatiates the preferential loans,tax incentives,and government funding,and then to the Jilin province Small and micro businesses financial support policy for quantitative analysis.On the basis of the present situation and the present situation of economic development in Jilin Province,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the financial support policy of Jilin small enterprises in order to improve the financial support for the development of small and medium enterprises in Jilin Province.
