The Internet is becoming more and more closely linked with people's daily life,and an important product of the Internet,the application of mobile terminal,is becoming more and more popular in people's life.Consumers in the mobile terminal to download the application,page reference information only mobile basic information products and other download end application developers released to download and use the mobile terminal application after the release of the comment information.From the developer's point of view,all developers tend to describe their mobile applications almost perfect,so consumers are more willing to believe that other users to publish comments.The process of previous scholars during the study of the relationship between online reviews and purchases in the number of online reviews have a significant impact on network commodity purchases,the various elements of online reviews of network goods also have more or less influence.But previous studies just pointed out the positive and negative factors that affect the amount of the purchase of online comments on the network will produce goods,without pointing out the various factors on the impact of the purchase amount of the influence of the size,and most of the study before using the real network product as the research object,a real difference network in this paper,the research object of commodity and mobile terminal has a great application,when conducting research on real network product,it is difficult to exclude the impact of commodity price itself,so the research on the relationship between various factors and online reviews of mobile terminal applications there are still some drawbacks.This paper is starting from the above points,on the basis of previous studies,respectively,in the Android market,pea pods market,and the application of treasure market,free mobile applications in the online comments and data downloads data in data collection,and the collected data were calculated with the analysis results show that for different types of mobile terminal applications,online influence evaluation factors obviously are not the same,especially for experience goods,has a very significant difference.For the various factors ofonline reviews,the number of online reviews have a significant positive impact on the mobile terminal application downloads,including the number of online reviews positive for mobile applications in number has significantly positive influence and negative number to the number of online reviews has significant negative impact on the mobile application download,online number comment on the neutral mobile terminal Applications Download almost no significant effect,the effect of negative reviews was significantly greater than the impact of positive comments and neutral comments.The length of online reviews and the score of online reviews have a significant impact on the application of some categories.At the end of this paper,the implications of the results and the future research directions are also presented.It is hoped that this paper will help consumers and businesses to gain a better understanding of the effectiveness of online reviews and make better use of online reviews.
