| In this paper,the telecom operator portal user experience optimization project has been researched.After years of development,telecom operator portal has entered a mature stage of operation.In order to meet the requirements of new business requirements and quality of service,it realized three functions: service,marketing,business experience and information transmission.Creating the core electronic channel supported by the unified business service function,with brand communication,service provision,marketing and communication functions,to enhance its user experience has become an extremely important essential element.However,in the process of user experience optimization project management,there is not a set of mature standards for reference on how to determine the optimization project objectives,how to guide and control the optimization design process,and how to evaluate and test the design results and development products.Therefore,this paper studies the establishment of a model and method to solve the above problems.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and user investigation,this paper constructs a user experience evaluation model combined with the business characteristics of business hall online,and applies the model to the project management practice of user experience optimization.In the first chapter of this paper,on the basis of an overview of the background of the topic,the object of study and problems are analyzed and explained.It is pointed out that under the background of the full development of mobile Internet,there is still a big gap between the user experience level of Telecom operators' websites and the benchmarking products in the industry.Further analysis is made on the reasons for this gap,mainly in the process of website optimization project management,such as demand assessment,project goal formulation,design evaluation and online product testing.Key control points,such as collection,lack of criteria for judging the quality of user experience,lack of corresponding methods for project quality control in project management.Therefore,this paper puts forward solutions and Countermeasures for the root cause of this problem.The second chapter analyses the research results of domestic and foreign industry and academia,and collates the theoretical basis of the research object,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.In the third chapter,taking the China Mobile's portal website as the specific research object,this paper puts forward the construction method,construction process and research conclusion of the user experience optimization model of the operator's website.Because the official service websites of China Mobile has very high typicality and representativeness in similar products of domestic operators,the model can also be applied to the user experience optimization projects of other domestic operators' service websites or as a research reference.Chapter 4 introduces the application case of the model in the specific optimization project in detail,that is,based on the user experience evaluation model obtained in this paper,the user experience quality level of China Mobile's website is evaluated,and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation results of the current user experience quality of the website are obtained.The evaluation results serve as the reference criteria and basis for optimizing the target input,project scope determination,WBS decomposition,processing control and project acceptance,thus achieving the goal of improving the quality of project management.To solve the problem of poor user experience in website. |
