In labor-intensive enterprises,first-line production and operation of employees is the fundamental guarantee for long-term development of enterprises,the stability of such groups will have a direct impact on product quality and production stability.According to the data show that in recent years the production capacity of first-line production staff has been living in the above level,which not only affects the stability of production,but also on the long-term development of enterprises caused a certain degree of damage.Therefore,how to effectively control the first-line production operation of the staff turnover rate,stable enterprise production development is worthy of an important issue of business research.After reading a large number of related literature can be found in the past and the turnover of the study more concerned about the focus on knowledge workers and other enterprises at the core of high-level talent on the simple work of the first-line production operations staff little attention,in order to find The factors influencing the turnover intention of the first-line production operation are studied in this paper mainly from the following aspects:First,this article takes the northeastern provinces as the survey area,and takes the first-line production operation staff as the survey object,and combines the relevant data and materials provided by the human resources department of several sample companies,such as the turnover rate,the interview record,etc.To understand the first-line production operations staff personal and work characteristics,to extract the first-line production operations staff turnover factors related factors;Secondly,according to the related research literature of the turnover tendency,combined with the interview results,this paper chooses the wage level,the workload,the supervisor's support,the work monotonicity and the working environment as the independent variable,and constructs the organizational commitment as the intermediary variable.Turnover factor influencing factor model;Third,the design questionnaire.After reference to some of the more mature scalein the field of separation,the article combined with the interview results to revise the questionnaire for the study of this article.A total of 225 questionnaires were sent to the questionnaire.After the data are processed and analyzed by SPSS19.0 and other statistical data,the proposed model is validated and modified.Fourthly,according to the results of the data analysis,the variables cited by the model are significantly related to the turnover intention,and have a good ability to explain the turnover intention.In order to solve the turnover of the first-line production operator The problem provides a certain way of thinking and direction.Therefore,the article combines the research results and the status quo of the first-line production operation staff,and puts forward the targeted management suggestions for its departure,such as perfecting the salary structure of the first-line production operation staff,paying attention to the career planning of the first-line production operation staff,Internal communication system,a scientific and effective separation management.At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the shortcomings and contributions of this research,and puts forward some suggestions on the next research direction.
