With the rapid development of food technology,a series of new technologies have been increasing.More and more food safety risk events have brought different views on emerging technology food.It is suggested that the emerging food has the advantages of low cost,high yield,rich nutrition and little toxic effect,which is of great significance to the targeted nutrition supply,to deal with the special disaster and to solve the problem of food shortage in some areas.At the same time,the full use of food technology to improve labor productivity,reduce production costs,and promote the innovation of food science and technology.There are also some opponents believe that the potential risks of new foods,such as food safety,environmental damage potential hazards,may affect the long-term physical and mental health of mankind.The development of the food industry in the emerging situation of consumers in emerging food perceived level of risk by consumers in emerging areas of food on the public administration level of trust risk perception,to further explore the traditional food of consumers on the public administration the impact of trust on the emerging field of perceived relationship.On a clear field emerging food consumers for public management of trust and risk perception and regulation of perceived relationship through different areas,thereby reducing the risk of emerging food level,has important theoretical and practical significance.From the consumer perspective,the new food controversial as the research object,refer to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the marye trust model based on the selection of Jilin province Changchun city as the research area,understand the basic situation of Changchun consumers,the emerging food risk perception level,consumers of public management in the the food safety aspects of the trust level by the questionnaire.By means of linear regression,explore the impact on food consumers in emerging field of public administration level of trust with consumers in emerging food risk perception level,further explore traditional food consumer public sector the impact of trust on the emerging field of perceived relationship.This paper puts forward some suggestions to reduce the level of risk perception of emerging food consumers in China,andprovides a reference for public administration.The research results show that:(1)the emerging food field of the public management departments concerned consumers trust and emerging food risk perception is a negative impact;(2)the emerging food field of the public management department to open consumer trust and emerging food risk perception is a negative impact;(3)the traditional food in the field of public management departments concerned trust will consumers in emerging fields of food regulation on the public administration on trust and risk perception.This paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of public management.Public management departments should be targeted in the emerging field of food policy to increase transparency,strengthen supervision of emerging food,improve public sector credibility,enhance consumer confidence.At the same time,the use of existing public trust in the field of traditional food consumer functional departments to regulate the relationship between trust and perception in emerging areas.
