In recent years,food safety has become a global issue of high concern to humans.The traditional food safety HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)control system plays an effective role in global food safety supervision,but it has a certain degree of failure in our country.Through combing major food safety incidents in China,it is found that there are many weaknesses in the control.The non-traditional food safety problems caused by human factors are not within the scope of its control and the performance is outstanding.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes of non-traditional food safety problems in China and its control strategy.This article analyzes the major domestic food safety incidents,extracts from the production,processing,circulation,consumption and other food supply chain leading to the main performance of non-traditional food safety issues,analyzes the causes,and finds out the lack of traditional food safety control system.In addition,by drawing lessons from foreign non-traditional food safety management and control experience,it proposes to technically patch traditional food safety,establish and improve more stringent laws and regulations in law,strengthen supervision and management of non-traditional food safety in law enforcement,strengthen corporate self-discipline ethically,And other four aspects of non-traditional food safety management and control strategies.
