With the increasing internationalization of the current social environment,the degree of internationalization of enterprises also increased,there are more and more employees from different countries to form a new working group,they have differently cultural differences,there are different ways of thinking differences in the way of communication among these people,these differences exist in the daily work of employees in a variety of problems,such as employees who are difference from the way of thinking on the same problem which will arise from different views,mutual misunderstanding may be caused by each other which will possibly form invisible war.In addition,in the current social environment,in order to maintain survival development,enterprises must continue to innovate and develop,in order to improve innovation,enterprises must first improve the organization's creativity,organizational creativity is from the staff creativity,so how to enhance the creativity of employees has become an important issue.The process of creation is also the process by which employees produce their own ideas.Employees express their ideas and suggest that they can change the current situation and so on.Employees as the core of the enterprise,who is the soul of the whole organization,corporate progress is to condense all the collective power of employees to discover and create,employees must participate in the operation of enterprises to face the work in the enterprise,it is inevitably to produce some difficulty,the staff's ideas are undoubtedly the key of enterprise to solve the problem.Therefore,how to stimulate employees to express their views becomes the most urgent need.In the face of employees from different cultural backgrounds,how to create an effective working atmosphere and reduce the negative impact of cultural differences is an important aspect of this paper.The cultural differences are unavoidable problems of transnational teams,cultural differences can cause mutual distrust among team members,which may affect the communication between team members,and cultural differences between leaders and employees.So that employees is as much as possible to avoid contact with the leadership,and do not want to express their own ideas,cultural differences between colleagues will cause the work atmosphere is too quiet,team members only perform their duties,communication between colleagues will be less,so colleagues do not express each other's dissatisfaction,but to remain silent.In view of this,based on the theory of social exchange and fair theory,the design of this paper is to determine the theoretical assumptions to be studied according to the purpose of this study,through the design of questionnaires and collection,the empirical hypothesis was verified by empirical analysis of the data.In this paper,110 pairs of the leadership-employee questionnaire & 440 staff-employee questionnaire data hypothesis test from the eight companies,the study made 10 assumptions of which eight is passed,& two did not pass.The research results of this paper not only have the theoretical value,but also have some practical reference value for the enterprise manager.
