With today's increasingly perfect economic globalization,market competition is growing worse.In the face of such a fierce competitive environment,enterprises must not only understand the external policy changes,but also constantly adjust the internal operating mechanism,which depends on the ingenuity of the employees.They need to be actively advised.Therefore,enterprises should cultivate the sense of ownership of employees and encourage employees to make more suggestions.But whether employees' suggestions be adopted or not? What is the "black box" between them?In the past,the researches mainly study the voice behavior as the result variable,and the employee's voice behavior was only effective if it was adopted.Therefore,this study is based on the previous research on the behavior of the prophecy,and the behavior of the speech is used as the independent variable to explore the mechanism between the behavior of the lower-level and the adoption of higher-level suggestions.In this paper,the literature review is carried out for each variable,and then the hypothesis of this paper is put forward based on the theory.Then the relatively mature scale is used to form the questionnaire of this study,followed by the issue of the recovery questionnaire,and finally the descriptive analysis,regression analysis and correlation of the collected data are carried out,follewed by mediation,and regulation test,verify the hypothesis of this paper,and then propose rational management recommendations.Through empirical research,author gets some conclusions: the subordinates' proposing behavior has a significant positive impact on the adoption of superiors;the subordinates' proposing behavior has a significant positive impact on the leadership member exchange and trust between superiors and subordinates;leadership member exchange and trust between superiors and subordinates have a significant positive impact on the adoption of the higher-level suggestions;the exchange of the leading members plays a partial intermediary role between the lower-level suggestions and the adoption of the superiors;the trust between subordinates and leaders plays a part in mediating the relationship between the lower-level suggestions and the adoption of the superiors.
