Analysis Of American Digital Trade Development

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional form of economic and trade has undergone profound changes,and digitalization has become a new trend of world economy and international trade under the new period.Under the impetus of this trend,a new form of trade has gradually emerged,that is,digital trade.Due to the short time of digital trade's generation,digital trade in most countries in the world is still at an early stage of development.The United States,as the world's largest economy,not only has a huge trade volume,but also has advanced Internet technology and a large number of high-end technical personnel,which makes the rapid development of digital trade in the United States and a world leader.Digital trade has increased the employment of the United States and improved the social welfare of the United States,making an important contribution to the development of the US economy.At the same time,the United States through the training of digital technology personnel,and the improvement of innovation capacity and the development of new rules and regulations of digital trade and other policies and measures to further promote the development of digital trade in the United States to consolidate the US digital trade's leading position in the world.This paper starts from the global digital trade and the general situation of development of the digital trade in the United States,and further analyzes the development motive of American digital trade and the opportunities and challenges in the process of development.This paper argues that,first of all,the development trend of economic globalization has played a role in promoting the development of digital trade in the United States.Second,the adjustment and upgrading of the global industrial structure has greatly promoted the flourishing development of US digital trade.Again,technological innovation and improvement and the expansion of market demand promote the development of US digital trade.Finally,the new rules of global trade governance have also contributed to the development of digital trade in the United States.In the development process of digital trade,the United States will also face certain challenges,such as Internet access,data localization and intellectual property protection and other issues.Digital trade as a new form of trade,its definition is still not uniform,and it even does not have a definition that can be generally accepted.Therefore,the second chapter of the paper focuses on the analysis of the connotation of digital trade,that digital trade is domestic business and international trade which based on the Internet technology.On this basis,the characteristics of digital trade are analyzed and compared with traditional trade.The third chapter introduces the development of digital trade in the world,as well as the development process and present situation of digital trade in the United States,and further analyses the US digital trade development motivation.Chapter 4 focuses on a series of policy measures adopted by the United States to promote the development of digital trade.Chapter 5 discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of digital trade in the United States.Chapter 6 summarizes the current situation and problems of China's digital trade development,and puts forward the enlightenment of the development of digital trade in the United States,hoping that through these revelations,we can formulate effective policies and measures that are suitable for China's national conditions to make China's digital trade develop healthily and stably.
