The Research On The Transfer Of Manufacturing Industries And Optimization Of Structure Of Manufacturing Industries In The Three Provinces Of Northeast China

In recent years,due to the high speed of reform and opening-up,China and other countries began to carry out the regional industrial transfer activities in order to meet the needs of local industrial restructuring.China's eastern coastal areas early participated in the international industrial transfer,which undertook a high degree of international industrial transfer and have a higher level of industrial development than other parts of China.China's central and western regions did not participate in the international industrial transfer activities due to the special geographical location.However,in background of China's regional industrial transfer,the central and western regions have become important areas to undertake the China's regional industrial transfer,which has brought a great change to the regional economic development.With the idea of industry 4.0 appearing,China and other countries have begun to re-understand the important position of the manufacturing industry.The three northeast provinces of China are important industrial foundation to China,and the development of manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces and even the whole China has an important position.However,due to the unreasonable manufacturing structure,the depth and breadth of the manufacturing development has been limited.And the economy of the three northeast provinces of China has been seriously declining.Therefore,it is very important to carry out manufacturing transfer activities to optimize the structure of manufacturing industries.This paper researches the structure optimization of manufacturing industries of the three northeast provinces of China from the view of industrial transfer.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of the whole and the subdivision industries in the three northeastern provinces of China,and summarizes the status of the manufacturing transfer in the three northeastern provinces.It is found that the development of the manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces have faced the pressure of structural adjustment,and the industrial transfer has increasing scale and low effectiveness.Based on the present situation,this paper further uses the method of empirical analysis to measure the trend of industrial transfer and finds that there are some industries transfer out.In order to further improve the industrial transfer effectiveness,this paper uses the comprehensive index method to evaluate the key industries of the manufacturing industries in the three northeastern provinces,and determine the industries that need to undertake and transfer.Finally,this paper analyzes the path of industrial structure optimization of the three northeastern provinces from the view of industrial transfer through theoretical analysis.Based on the above analysis,this paper gives the corresponding policies and suggestions to the manufacturing structure optimization from the perspective of industrial transfer.
