The growth of executive compensation of listed companies,resulting in corporate executives pay gap is gradually widening,but the performance of enterprises is not necessarily increased,which fully reflects the remuneration incentive mechanism in China there are serious problems.Based on the special cultural background and institutional background of our country,this paper takes the listed companies 'data as a sample,and based on constructing the performance compensation system of listed companies in China's listed companies,the paper analyzes the performance of the executives' Influence the study.This paper aims to provide a reference for the next step in the development of reasonable salary structure of listed companies and the construction of an effective and scientific pay management system through the deep analysis of the executive pay gap and corporate performance of listed companies in the service industry.Listed companies as the representative of the enterprise's salary management system optimization and management system upgrade.In this paper,the literature research,comparative analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to study the object.Firstly,it expounds the intrinsic relationship between the salary gap and the corporate performance of the listed companies in the service area,and its background,purpose and significance.Then,in the literature review section,the domestic and foreign literatures related to the subject are sorted out,and their research framework,research methods and research results are summarized.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper,including principal-agent theory,executive pay gap theory and fairness theory,based on the analysis of existing literatures and the definition and explanation of executive compensation gap and enterprise performance.Secondly,it constructs the measurement system of executive pay gap and enterprise performance,explains the measurement of salary gap and enterprise performance and its influencing factors,and completes the exploration of the main content and the salary gap The Choice of Variables in the Empirical Study of Enterprise Performance.Then,the appropriate samples and variables are selected,the descriptive statistical analysis of the variables is carried out,the distribution of the data is analyzed,the Kuznets curve model is established,and the empirical study on the impact of the internal and external pay gap on thefirm performance is completed by SPSS software.According to the results of multiple regression analysis of research data,we can see that the relationship between internal salary gap and firm performance is higher than that of "U" curve,and the relationship between external salary gap and enterprise performance is simple of the linear relationship,that is,the greater the external pay gap on the impact of corporate performance more positive.At the same time,we also calculate the optimization of corporate performance in the state,the executive,the external pay gap range.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the design of salary gap of listed companies in China's listed companies,which provides a reference for the further improvement of the executive incentive system Opinions and suggestions,and summarizes the shortcomings of the study and the direction of the next step.
