With the continuous development of China's economic and social development and the gradual improvement of people's living standards.The relationship between the people and the furniture is more closely.Based on the problems existing in the furniture marketing model and S deficiency as the research object,explore S furniture choice adapted to their own development of marketing strategy.This paper uses the way of theory and practice.First,It was studying main theory of paper research.Second,The paper researched field the develop history of S furniture company.The paper analyses marketing situation of the S furniture company.Combining with marketing situation of S furniture company.macro marketing environment,micromarketing environment and SWOT were analyzed deeply.Finally,for the status of S furniture company,marketing strategy problems,the company's internal and external environmental analysis,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.It proposed S furniture company's innovative products optimization.It promoted products strategy forinnovative product categories,enhance product design and design capabilities and rich variety of raw materials.It promoted Brand promotion strategy for the advertising promotion strategy,exhibition marketing strategy,product configuration promotion strategy,We Chat push promotional strategies;It promoted Service marketing strategies for improving the level of service personnel,improve after-sales service and improve services.It also proposed sateguard to implement better for Human resource manage policy,promote all of quality management,and innovative sales.
