| Industrial automation control industry has experienced in half of the actual development,along with the rising cost of raw materials and the form of globalization development,the adjustment of the industrial automation industry is facing a difficult time.How to realize the effective transition,to break the bottleneck,it is all a challenging issue of all the automation cabinets industry.Economic globalization and increasingly global allocation of capital makes enterprise planning program,more and morepurchase cost priorityof operation cost.Therefore,effective purchasing management has become a guarantee enterprise operation,to ensure a sustainable enterprise cost optimization,implementation enterprise an important part of the investment in stock and loss minimization and the key factors.Optimize purchasing process under this situation,through the analysis of industry supply chain decisions,improve the purchasing management,develop to adapt to the company and market characteristics of the purchasing process and performance plan,also can effectively improve the level of company profits and competitive position in the market.Since the mid of 1970s,the rise of the Honeywell,from industrial automation development authority toadifficult survival mode now,there are many problems and challenges,in the past,perhaps because high speed development to ignores the fact,and today we are faced with survival crisis,all managers of enterprises must face this serious problem.In this paper,use Honeywell company as an example to discusses the present situation of the enterpriseand purchasing process management,analyzes some problems in the procurement process,concrete embodiment in the bidding stage,implementation stage and logistics stage of the process management chaos,repetition,inefficient,and according to the present stage the problems and optimize the procurement process scheme,so as to increase the winning probability and the effect of the execution efficiency. |
