Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Renovation Of Shanty Towns In Heilongjiang Province

Shantytowns is a major livelihood projects and development projects.Shantytowns housing problem so that more mass housing conditions improved,and effectively stimulate investment and consumption demand,development of related industries,promote people-centered new town construction,to boost the economy to achieve sustainable and healthy development,and people’s livelihood continue to improve to play an active role.CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this work,have issued "on the settlement of the housing difficulties of urban low-income families a number of opinions over opinions"(Guo Fa[2007]No.24),"speed up the shantytowns of opinions"(State Fa[2013]No.25)and other documents,clearly the national short-term tasks shantytowns.In this paper,study and understand the domestic and shantytowns success stories and ideas based on the theory of shanty towns and shantytowns concepts introduced in detail,and then Heilongjiang Province shantytowns status quo,objectives,tasks,problems,problems and other specific reasons were analyzed,and the main problem in shantytowns,Heilongjiang Province is currently facing,given the corresponding government management strategies.
