After the reform and opening,the rapid development of the national economy,China's financial services industry is an important force.The financial services industry has gradually been recognized by people.But with the Chinese financial services industry continues to open up,the traditional financial services industry started facing Internet banking,rate marketing,private banks and other multiple challenges,at the same time,with the opening to continue,with strong financial strength and rich management experience of foreign well-known enterprises began to enter the Chinese financial services industry,the traditional domestic banks started from the original the passive mode gradually began to take the initiative to make money,in order to face the increasingly fierce competition environment.And through continuous optimization to enhance management,clever innovation and optimization of service change ideas become an important means of financial institutions to deal with the harsh environment.In today's competitive environment,the financial institutions in the deposit interest rate,loan interest rate and financial interest rate tends to homogeneity,customer groups are also gradually began to change from simple product demand for comprehensive financial services,customer service,the bank began to pay attention to management,process is not able to meet their own needs,it all started let the financial institutions have to start thinking about how to enhance the management and service of their own,and simplify the process of business procedures.Only better service and more simple procedures can help financial institutions to win more customers and win more market share in the highly homogeneous environment.Under this background,many experts and scholars have found that the "lean production" theory fit the service industry to a certain extent,is expected to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and on the basis of the characteristics of service industry put forward the "lean service" idea,in the service industry "lean production" on the one hand,by reducing the Business Hours,and other personnel the cost of labor cost control to achieve lean targets,on the other hand,combined with the characteristics of service industry require employees to understand consumer needs,strengthen team collaboration,improve service staff working enthusiasm and skills,in order to achieve the enterprise benefit.Based on the research of the theory of lean production,combined with the actual situation of X bank,the lean production theory in marketing field management,improve marketing efficiency,so as to achieve the ultimate goal to enhance the customer experience.Combined with the idea of lean production and lean service,in combination with the actual operation of the service quality and service efficiency together,not only to bring customers a higher service satisfaction,but also improve the management efficiency of X bank.According to X bank marketing service,the obvious problems exposed in the process of analysis of the waste,waste material flow,combining the practice of lean production in the western manufacturing industry to solve and has achieved remarkable results.The full text is divided into six parts,the first chapter focuses on the topics and research significance of this article,at the same time in recent years at home and abroad on the banks are also related to the study of the current situation.The second chapter systematically produce important ideas and tools of lean theory elaboration,in-depth study from the theory of lean production and related tools to provide adequate theoretical basis for the following proposed management optimization scheme for X bank marketing operation site.The third chapter combines the current situation of X bank marketing site management,analyzes and lists the problems,and points out the disadvantages of on-site management.The fourth chapter is based on lean production related theory and tools,lean design for X bank Y outlets,and put forward lean transformation solutions.The fifth chapter of X Y bank outlets lean for implementing the scheme is expounded,and the final solution results are displayed,the last chapter mainly expounds the X bank site optimization summary and outlook of the project.
