Studies On The Project Management Of The Community Bank Of PA Bank Wuhan Branch

As one of the most important subjects in management,project management of which government and corporate managers are raising awareness is playing a more important role in the development of the economy.It is defined that project management is the process of applying appropriate methods,knowledge and skills to achieve a certain managerial goal smoothly,sometimes even better than originally planned,with limited resources.Project management is to monitor all the activities in relevance of achieving this goal including planning,budgeting and coordinating.It is widely applied in various business activities.In this article,a case of PA community bank which is related to the financial sector will be examined to take a closer look at how project management works in practice.In this case study,relevant theories,potentials challenges and possible solutions will be comprehensively analysed in order to help beginner project managers to develop a better understanding of project management.PA Bank is name of a virtual bank.Due to the business confidentiality issues,in this article the name "PA Bank" will be used to represent a well known bank in China.PA Bank's community banking project has gained public attention.So far,it has gone through prior project research and had constant feedback in the process responded with continuous adjustments.The project is doing well for now and is likely to move on to a mature stage.This project can be held as a good example for project managers to study from.
