An Empirical Study Of Human Capital To Promote The Transformation And Upgrading Of Economy In Tianjin

It is the eternal subject of economic development that economic transformation and upgrading.And it is the basic power and the true source of economic transformation and upgrading that human capital.The traditional extensive economic development "four high four low",high input and high output,low consumption and low efficiency,high emission and low cycle,high capital and low labour costs,has caused a series of problems which seriously threaten the sustainable development of economy and society of Tianjin.It is imperative to transform and upgrade the mode of economic development.Therefore,the study about how the human capital to promote economic transformation and upgrading of Tianjin has great theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the empirical analysis of the tianjin economic development,the study mainly reserch the mode of action and the implementation mechanism.Firstly,this paper detailedly analyzes the two core concepts,human capital and economic transformation and upgrading,and synthetically summarizes and sorts out the domestic and foreign research on the relation of the two core concepts.And then,the paper theoretically elaborates the important role that human capital plays on economic transformation and upgrading.Secondly,on the basis of the rich connotation of human capital and economic transfonnation and upgrading,this paper build the evaluation index system to reflect the condition of the two concepts in Tianjin.The mathematical model is built to describe how human capital affectting economic transformation and upgrading.And then,on the basis of the model and related statistical data in Tianjin,the paper makes an regression analysis about the two concepts and a correlation coefficient analysis between indicators at all levels,which focuses on the function chennel in which the human capital promotes economic transformation and upgrading.The empirical analysis tests the above theory.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions about how to accelerate economic transformation and upgrading of Tianjin.The study of the paper found that the two variables index,human capital and economic transformation and upgrading,have a significant positive correlation on the statistical measurement.This result illustrates the significant fundamental and decisive role that the human capital plays on economic transformation and upgrading of Tianjin.The study also found that education training and scientific research and development are the main influencing factors among the indicators that affect economic transformation and upgrading.Therefore,in order to realize the stable,healthy and sustainable development of economy,Tianjin must regard human capital as the core capital to promote economic transformation and upgrading.Tianjin must attache great importance to impact of that education training and scientific research and development and drive scientific and technological progress to promote the independent innovation ability.In addition,Tianjin must increase investment in health care and social security and improve the quality of public services.In a word,Tianjin must continuously improve the level of human capital.
