| The automobile industry is an industry with a long industrial chain,a large number of related industries,high added value,wide radiation,strong driving force and significant social and economic benefits.So it has become a pillar industry of a country or a region,known as "industrial industry." After reform and opening up,China attaches great importance to the development of the automobile industry.Through the implementation of industrial cluster strategy,China's auto industry has developed rapidly,and its automobile production and sales ranked first in the word in just 30 years.However,with the slowdown of China's economic growth and the global automobile industry has ended high-speed growth,the development of China's auto industry must be hindered and limited in the future.In this context,how to strengthen the management of the automobile industry cluster to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the automobile industry has being a critical issue of China's auto industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the stability and sustainable developing problems of automobile industry cluster from the perspective of ecosystem health,in order to grasp the specific problems of automotive industry cluster and guide the healthy development of it.Firstly,this paper elaborates the basic theory of automobile industry cluster ecosystem in detail.Simultaneously,this paper discusses the connotation of automobile industry cluster ecosystem health.It is pointed out that the healthy automobile industry cluster ecosystem not only has the ability to maintain its own operation,but also has good environmental quality,and can provide the service function for the social economy and the natural environment.Secondly,this paper builds the evaluation system automobile industry cluster ecosystem health.The evaluation system contains three first-level indicators,seven secondary indicators and 22 third-level indicators.Combined with the actual situation,this paper uses the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the healthy level of the automobile industry cluster ecosystem.At last,this paper takes Chongqing's automobile industry cluster as an example to carry on the application research.In the empirical analysis,it selects Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong,Jilin and Hubei,as a comparative study with Chongqing,and evaluates the healthy level of theirs automobile industry cluster ecosystems.The results show that the healthy level of the six auto industry cluster ecosystems belongs to the higher level,and Chongqing ranks No.5 among them.Through the concrete analysis of the evaluation results of six provinces and cities,it believes that the auto industry cluster ecosystem of Chongqing has a gap with the other provinces and cities in terms of the completeness of the industrial chain,technological innovation capability and industrial development environment.In view of this gap,it puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of the automobile industry cluster ecosystem in Chongqing.This paper first applies the ecosystem health theory to the research for automobile industry cluster.So,it provides a new way of thinking and method for the research on the management and development of automobile industry cluster,which has certain academic and practical significance. |
