A Research On The Theory Of Marxist Farmland Property Right And Practice

Marx said,"the land is the source of all production and all existence",and the farmland property rights system is an important system for reasonable development and effective utilization of land.Farmland property right system reform in China has been on Marx’s land property rights theory as a guide,with the rapid development of productivity,the current rural land property rights system has assumed some defects,has become the barriers to hinder rural economic change.Under the environment of new era,therefore,how to innovate the Marx land property rights theory,to guide the new round of farmland change,the era have entrusted to Marx’s theory of land property right system is a new historical mission.In this paper,through the study of Marx and Engels on farmland property right theory and socialist agriculture of farmland property right analysis and research of the related historical documents,combined with the special historical background,to explore its thought the theory origin,analysis the process of the evolution of the theory and practice,summed up the main content of the theory and practice.From the perspective of knowledge,we can make the farmland of marxism property rights theory and practice research systematic and comprehensive understanding.
