A Case Study On The Disposal Of M Company's Non-performing Assets

At present,the economy is in the adjustment period with the pressure of the economic downturn.The profitability of the business and debt-paying ability of enterprise go down.The risk of non-performing assets emerges gradually.The proportion of non-performing assets show an upward trend.Non-performing assets could bring a heavy burden to the enterprise and severely affect the vitality and the healthy development of the enterprise.At the same time,the large amount of non-performing assets will seriously threaten the security of the financial system and the economy.In the current situation,it is urgently needed to innovate the non-performing assets disposal model and accelerate the disposal of non-performing assets.In order to speed up disposing of non-performing assets and improve the efficiency of disposal,M company has actively promoted the new ways of disposition and created the favorable conditions on the aspect of the disposal of non-performing assets.It is effectively living the assets and achieves good economic and social benefits.M company cooperates with the local government.It not only rapidly relieves risks and achieve the recovery of funds,but also make the government use the mortgage assets to get lower price funds for project construction.Finally it solves the problem of project construction funds and many difficulties of the project.including revitalizing the enterprise assets,eliminating the bad influence,maintaining the rights and interests of the person who buy the house and social stability.In the end realizing win-win for more parties.This paper is to research the non-performing assets disposition pattern of M company and study the experiences and built-in problem.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the bad assets in China and some theory about non-performing assets.secondly,this paper introduces the M Company's process of bad assets disposal,including the background,the disposal mode,the disposal process and the basic conditions of the parties.Then this paper analyzes the disposal mode of non-performing assets,the risk management,income after the disposition of the non-performing assets,and try to find out the problems of the non-performing assets process.Finally,through case study of M company of bad assets disposal,we sum up the experience and give some suggestions to improve the efficiency of bad assets disposition,in order to provide reference for the disposal of non-performing assets elsewhere.
