Research For Way Of Non-performing Assets Disposition Of China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation

Because of the system fraud and economy transforming and some others reasons, there are ten thousand billion of non-Performing assets in our financial field, nomy transition. For this reason, four financial property management companies were established in our country in 1999 for purchasing, managing and disposing the non-performing assets of four state-run commercial banks separately. By analyzing the disposal way of the non-performing assets in Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, this thesis points out that the existing disposal way has some shortages, such as simpleness , not high ratio of recouping, extensive management and low marketization etc. The improving messures are put forward and new disposal way of the non-performing assets is expanded for these questions.This thesis is divided into six chapters . Chapter one is foreword, the research theme is proposed and important meaning is explained. The basic theory and dynamic research on disposing non-performing assets are proposed in chapter two. In chapter three, the basic disposal way of non-performing assets and existing problems are analysed for Great Wall Asset Management Corporation. In chapter four, the improving measures for non-performing assets basic disposal way is analysed in Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, In chapter five, the innovative disposal way of the non-performing assets is researched. It comes to a conclusion in chapter six..The focal point of work is to analyse the disposal way of non-performing assets for Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, i.e. discount and liquidity, auctions as selling and debt-to-equity swap,etc.in detail. The advantage , insufficient and questions in existence are expounded for each measure. In view of the above, the solving strategies are put forward, and the new disposal way of non-performing assets is proposed to raise the asset disposal incomes.The paper's innovation can be seen from the following several aspects:1. Aiming at the deficiency of the discount and liquidity way , propose fully excavating the potentiality of the assets through the responsible investigation of the depth; fix the price rationally through adopting proportion way during paying-off; ensure funds are regained finally through implementing guarantee way to those enterprises demanding to pay by instalments. The state of low income and the morals risk on discount and liquidity is improved, and the ratio of recouping is raised.2. Aiming at the deficiency of the auctioning and selling the way , propose to expand the channel of propagating by utilizing the network and introduction meeting and choose good auction houses according to qualifications by bidding, strengthen marketing of the non-performing assets, promote disposal incomes of non-performing assets further.3. Aiming at the limitation of debt-to-equity swap depending on policy strongly, propose strategies of choosing the suitable enterprises, strengthen the control mechanism to enterprises of assets company and perfecting the withdrawing way of the debt-to-equity swap.4. Aming at the current situation with simple disposal way and lower ratio of efficiency and income when disposing the non-performing assets at present, several kinds of new disposal ways are put forward: pack transfer, setting up the non-performing asset supermarket and debt upgrading, state its advantages possessed in raising the disposal incomes, disposal efficiency and maximizing cashes to retrieve.
