| The development of cross-border electronic commerce is conducive to transforming foreign trade development,reshaping international trade rules,integrating global resources and optimizing industrial structure.In the past two years,China’s cross-border electronic commerce industry has developed rapidly,the transaction volume and the number of cross-border electronic commerce platform has been increasing.With the arrival of the era of electronic commerce 3.0,the concept of electronic commerce ecosystem began to appear.Cross-border electronic commerce ecosystems with "cross-border" attributes better explain the meaning of the word "ecology" compared to electronic commerce ecosystems,and the ecosystems that combine the whole industrial chain with cross-border electronic commerce further sublimate the meaning of "ecology" to a greater extent to promote international trade,achieve the world’s interoperability,and boost the development of cross-border electronic commerce.In the existing literature,there is little research on the construction of the e-commerce ecosystem,and it is not systematic and in-depth.Simultaneously,the research on the construction of the cross-border electronic commerce ecosystem is scarce.On the basis of the relevant theories,this paper takes electronic commerce ecosystem as the entry point and builds the basic framework of the construction of the whole industry chain cross-border electronic commerce ecosystem,study its construction principle,structure function,niche,ecological relationship,basic model and health degree evaluation.The single case analysis method is used to analyze the ecosystem construction of Zhejiang JUMORE E-commerce Co.,Ltd.in order to summarize the general rule of the whole industry chain cross-border electronic commerce ecosystem construction.The main contents of the paper include three parts:First,on the basis of the literature researches,related theories and progressive analysis from the construction of commercial ecosystem to the electronic commerce ecosystem,the concept of the whole industry chain cross-border electronic commerce ecosystem is defined,and its basic model is constructed.Second,the paper expounds the unique situation of the whole industry chain cross-border electronic commerce ecosystem,and constructs the basic framework of the ecosystem construction.The ecosystem construction process is divided into six steps:establishing the construction principle,establishing the system structure and Function,clearly determine the participation main bodies and identify their niches,build the relationship between the main bodies,build the model,ensure the health of the ecosystem.Each of these steps are analyzed in detail.Third,the paper chooses Zhejiang JUMORE E-commerce Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes and validates the construction of its ecosystem from the above six aspects in order to draws some conclusions and puts forward some suggestions,and provide reference for the construction of whole industry chain cross-border electricity business ecosystem. |
