With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual increase in income, domestic consumers' demand for foreign products, especially foreign high-quality products,is increasing, driving the development of cross-border e-commerce.Cross-border e-commerce can not only refer to cross-border retail e-commerce in a narrow sense, but can also represent its online electronic realization of traditional international trade in a broad sense.Cross-border e-commerce trade not only helps companies overcome the obstacles between countries in traditional foreign trade, but also guides the development of international trade without borders. It can also effectively shorten the length of the supply chain in traditional trade. It not only simplifies the intermediate procedures of the two parties in cross-border transactions and saves the intermediate cost of trade, but also has obvious advantages in cross-border e-commerce trade in the optimization of resource allocation and promotion of transaction efficiency. While cross-border e-commerce has promoted cross-border enterprises to broaden their trade sales channels,it has also set off a wave of innovation in global trade forms and methods. The cross-border e-commerce platform builds a bridge between multi-organizations such as suppliers, logistics transportation, and consumers. It is the only intermediate medium in cross-border e-commerce trade that can reflect all the processes of online trade. On the other hand, the concept of the innovation ecosystem has also been continuously applied and developed. In the field of cross-border e-commerce,the development and improvement of the innovation ecosystem of cross-border e-commerce platforms can directly affect the integrity of process implementation at all stages in trade. Therefore, all evaluation studies on cross-border e-commerce platforms are necessary.Based on the perspective of the innovation ecosystem, this artical has combined with the current status of cross-border e-commerce platforms and the future trends of the industry, and having comprehensively considerated platform construction, user maintenance, innovation potential, supply status and other factors related to cross-border e-commerce platform,to propose a scientific and reasonable index system for comprehensive evaluation of the platform. It combines the entropy method and the TOPSIS model analysis method to obtainthe entropy weight and score of each index, and evaluates the platform. Finally, several typical schemes are cited to analyze and verify the practicability and scientificity of the empirical model for improving the construction of cross-border e-commerce platforms.Through the analysis of the solution in this article,it is concluded that the improvement of the upstream and downstream supply chain ecology that belongs to the innovation ecological community is the most important for the development of the platform in the innovation ecology of cross-border e-commerce platforms, followed by the innovation development potential of cross-border e-commerce platform and the platform system itself as the operation carrier, and finally another ecological subject, namely the user maintenance management. Finally, based on the analysis of the empirical model results, some problems are put forward and some enlightenment is given to the cross-border e-commerce enterprises to improve their platform construction, such as optimizing the platform supply ecology, rationally using emerging artificial intelligence industries, improving the space of the platform innovation and development, completing user management, etc. This article can help to further optimize the cross-border e-commerce platform to promote the ecologicalization of it,and help the e-trade to develop with higher quality.
