Research On Optimization Of Cross-border E-commerce Ecosystem

After the 2008 global financial crisis,under the background of economic downturn,market demand overall weakness,trade protectionism rising,international trade friction rising,the domestic policy under the guidance of the economic stimulus plan,adjusting the structure of steady growth and domestic market demand raising,domestic cross-border electricity supplier appeared and developed rapidly.2014 is the first year of domestic and cross-border business development,in recent years are more diversified,complex development,just a few years after the upgrade of information transfer,online transactions and the whole industry chain of cross-border e-commerce three transition,how will the cross-border electricity supplier in a more systematic and comprehensive ecological thoughts are summed up,reasoning and guide the practice significance.Based on the theory system of economics,management and international trade,this paper introduces the theory of biology,and discusses the system and strategy of crossborder electricity supplier ecosphere.It not only analyzes the overall status of cross-border e-commerce in China,but also takes the development of cross-border e-commerce in Qingdao as the research object,and in-depth analysis of the cross-border e-commerce ecosphere,enriching the research results of cross-border e-commerce.Tens of thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises are the main body of China’s cross-border ecommerce,so the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem as a research perspective,analysis of capital flow,information flow and logistics in the cross-border electricity supplier ecosystem and the participation of enterprises in the role,and put forward the optimization strategy to improve the ecosystem to guide the practice significance of cross-border electricity supplier.This article from the perspective of “ecology” of cross-border electricity supplier related theory and practice,starting from the development of cross-border electricity supplier in Qingdao City,to find out the development process of China’s cross-border electricity supplier problems,expounds the significance and necessity of the constructionof cross-border electricity supplier ecosystem,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the bottleneck of the development of cross-border electricity providers,cross-border electricity supplier fast reach the goal of healthy development.Firstly,the existing theories and practical experience are summarized,and the development of cross-border electric business in Qingdao is investigated,and the theory of cross-border electricity ecosystem is constructed.Secondly,from the internal ecosystem interdependence,external symbiotic cooperation,each chain highly resource sharing,focusing on cross-border electricity supplier ecosystem overall steady state research,pointed out that cross-border electricity supplier ecosystem development is an inevitable choice for the development of crossborder electricity supplier,find out the obstacle to the further development of the current cross-border electricity supplier.Thirdly,taking Qingdao as a sample,the SWOT analysis of cross-border electricity providers is made,and the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced by them are clear at a glance,which provides a basis for the construction and optimization of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.Finally,in view of the above problems,put forward the effective measures,make full use of the opportunities facing the industry,to maximize the advantages,at the same time to make up the short board,properly handle the external adverse factors,in a timely manner of cross-border electricity industry structure adjustment,take measures to further promote the development of cross-border electricity supplier,through the discussion on the new mode of new ideas to break the current cross-border electricity supplier the bottleneck of the development of cross-border electricity supplier.
