Agriculture is the basis of the national economy.The development of the agricul-tural economy is related to the overall situation of the socialist modernization of agri-culture.In February 2017,the "Central One" document proposed to promote the struc-tural reform of the agricultural supply side,and the importance of agriculture once again to the public Party attention to promote the structural reform of agriculture,out of a Chinese characteristics of modern agricultural industrialization road is imminent.An important part of the road of modern agricultural industrialization is the agricultural enterprises,as the agricultural enterprises in the cultivation of enterprises is the most important agricultural modernization,the level of development of agricultural enter-prises and operating results directly related to China's agricultural industrialization of agricultural industrialization Will be smooth sailing.Hainan Province,Hainan due to the unique tropical climate and surrounded by the sea location,Hainan mango flavor and taste,much of the vast number of consumers love.The development of mango industry in Hainan Province is inseparable from the production of mango cultivation enterprises,but limited by all aspects of Hainan mango cultivation enterprises into financing difficulties,the urgent need for financing for blood supplement.Finance is a modern economic blood,financial and agricultural combina-tion is bound to increase the vitality of agricultural development,as a key link in agri-cultural development of agricultural enterprises,there is an urgent need for financial capital.Agricultural enterprises confined to the characteristics of the agricultural indus-try and the financing of small and medium enterprises generally difficult,financing is even more difficult.In this paper,90 mango cultivation enterprises in Hainan Province were selected as the object of study,and the data were collected by field investigation,personal inter-view and questionnaires.The financing difficulties and financing costs of Hainan mango cultivation enterprises were analyzed.This paper summarizes the eight reasons for the financing difficulty of mango cultivation enterprises in Hainan Province,and uses ISM(interpretation structure model)model to analyze the factors of financing fac-tors,and analyzes them with the data model method.The level of financing factors.The main contents include:Introduction;theoretical basis and literature review;Hainan mango cultivation enterprise development status and financing dilemma analysis;Hai-nan mango planting enterprise financing problem analysis;based on ISM(interpreta-tion structure model)model of structural hierarchy analysis;domestic and foreign ag-ricultural enterprises Financing experience and revelation;conclusions and counter-measures.The results show that the eight factors that influence the financing of mango cul-tivation enterprises are summarized by questionnaires.Through the analysis of the causal structure of the ISM model,it is found that the top factors influencing the financ-ing are poor in the relationship between farmers and enterprises,Shallow factors lack of collateral,high risk of mango planting and lack of security agencies and corporate information asymmetry,the middle factor is the government support is not enough,deep factors for the development of Hainan mango cultivation itself is not standardized.Based on the domestic and foreign financing experience and the above reasons,the conclusions and suggestions are as follows:from the aspects of perfecting the govern-ment support,perfecting the financial market and perfecting the enterprise itself to solve the financing problem of the mango cultivation enterprise in Hainan province.
