As a form of organization with universal significance in the world, family enterprise has become a significant subject for experts and business circles home and abroad, due to its character of long history, short longevity and complexity presented during the management process.Hainan YUEXIN Group is a typical family enterprise originated from Fujian business. During the development, YUEXIN has changed its management style from traditional family enterprise's closed pattern to modern enterprise system, to break through the management bottleneck, and adapt to the expansion of enterprise scale, the drastic marketing competition and improved legal circumstance. One of the most important influencing factors during the family enterprise's transform process is human resource, including recruiting talents from outside and self-cultivating inner talents among the family members. Talent cultivation is an influencing factor that ensures the transform process going smoothly and the transform fruits lasting.Through analyzing the talent cultivation of YUEXIN during the transform period, and basing on abundant theoretical researches and case analysis, this article aims at analyzing the human resource system, enterprise culture, family enterprises, performance evaluation, talent cultivation and deployment of family enterprises during the transform period. This article aims to find out the resolution of talent cultivation and establish a systematic strategy of talent cultivation, and find theory support for the continuous development of private enterprises, and help YUEXIN to develop toward a better and healthy direction.
