The Study Of Sustainable Abilities Of Strategic Transformation Of High-tech Enterprises

The high-tech industry is facing the unpredictable,changing market.For rapid adjustment,business strategy of company always follows the high-tech 's internal and external environment.In the practice of enterprise strategic transformation,the transformation of most enterprises ended in failure after one or two business transformation.The dynamic changes of the environment push the implement the strategic transformation,and the key to success is matching the environment with strategy and ability.The sustainable ability can influence the strategic transformation of the key elements,which largely determines the results of the success.From the perspective of corporate development,We hope that we can continuously explore the successful strategic transformation key abilities and its formation process,then unlock the strategic transformation of the continued success of the black box.In this paper,The Inspur Group Company is our research object,we discussed the inherent mechanism of high-tech enterprise strategic transformation of the sustained success from the view of ability.This study found that in different growth stages of the case company,the abilities influence the process of strategic transformation by firstly influencing the key elements of enterprise's strategic transformation which largely determines the efficiency of transformation into a sustained success.From the point of view of enterprise growth,we explored the formation process of hte sustainablestrategic abilities that keep successful transformation.The findings of this research enriches the theoretical system of sustainable development and strategic transformation,also provides important reference value for the implementation of the strategic transformation of China's high-tech enterprises.
