| As an important content and driving force of supply side structural reform,the reform of state-owned enterprises must make substantive breakthroughs.Some state-owned hotel catering enterprises are affected by their own business philosophy,brand marketing,hardware facilities and many other factors,resulting in a continuous decline in business benefits.In recent years,the complex and changeable market environment,coupled with the outbreak of the epidemic,has doubled the difficulties of traditional hotel catering enterprises.WL hotel management group,as an old state-owned hotel catering enterprise,continues to reform and innovate and achieve breakthroughs,but there are also some problems,such as weak brand influence,low return on investment,insufficient operation capacity,low marketization level,lack of professionals and so on.Under the impact of the epidemic,WL hotel management group is facing many problems.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the high-quality development of China’s hotel and catering industry will enter the fast lane.In the important period of planning and layout,WL Hotel Management Group has encountered a new historical turning point and entered the key node of adjustment and integration.Referring to the mechanism model of strategic transformation process,this paper constructs the strategic transformation process of WL hotel management group from the perspective of dynamic capability.Firstly,using pest,Porter’s five forces model and other strategic tools,this paper analyzes the external environment and competitive status of WL hotel management group,that is,the motivation of strategic transformation.Then,it deeply analyzes the internal resources and dynamic capabilities of WL Hotel Management Group under the complex background.On this basis,aiming at the internal and external factors of WL hotel management group,we use EFE and IFE to conduct quantitative analysis,and come to the conclusion that the company has obvious opportunities but has development disadvantages.Through SWOT analysis,we should adopt W-O strategy and carry out strategic transformation and upgrading as soon as possible.According to the vision of WL Hotel Management Group,it has formulated the"three-stage" transformation development goals and overall ideas,and designed the implementation strategy and path of strategic transformation,including asset-light,platform development,digital intelligence,platform management,market-oriented,learning organization,and standardized and high-quality operation.To ensure the effective implementation of WL hotel management group strategic transformation,in the system,financial support,human resources,operation process formulated the WL hotel management group dynamic strategic transformation promotion strategy,mainly include:optimization system and mechanism,improve environmental identification ability to adapt to the strategic transformation,promote state-owned mix and multiple financing,improve resource integration ability to promote strategic transformation,strengthen mission and thinking transformation,strengthen the management control ability to cope with strategic transformation,intellectual lead and talent optimization,build continuous innovation ability to support strategic transformation. |
