The replication strategy is a common strategy in the process of international expansion.In recent years,McDonald's,Starbucks,H&M and other famous brands have been using replication strategy to achieve market expansion in the rapidly changing market environment,many Internet companies use strategic agility to achieve rapid international expansion.Strategic agility has a more important significance for the emerging Internet companies' internationalization strategy.Uber and other multinational Internet enterprises have made excellent achievements in the internationalization in recent years,we tried to explainwhat makes these Internet companies make the faster international replication expansion than the traditional enterprise.Under the background of information age,there are some theoretical gap about the study of replication strategy and strategic agility.Foreign scholars have studied the flexible copy of traditional enterprise,but there is no research can reveal how replication strategyinfluenced by information capacity;Second,although foreign scholars have done much researchabout the theoretical model of the multinational company strategic agility,but it's not a dynamic process.In order to solve these questions,this article adopts the method of case study,analyzingthe process of Uber entering the Chinese market,to research the particularity of the Internet enterprises replication strategy andthe co-evolution process of International replication strategy and strategic agility.Uber China expand the market and launch cities with replication strategy,as the replication process goes through different stages,Uber enterprise agility is constantly evolving and promote the evolution of replication strategy.In the process of the whole market development,the strategic agility and the replication strategy are mutually adapted and co-evolution.At the same time,this paper focuses on the impact of the information technology capabilities of the Internet companies on the strategic agility and replication strategy,and clarifies the relationship between the three.To some extent,this paper makes up for the gap in the research field of replication strategy and strategic agility,and it also has practical significance.Although this paper us a foreign enterprise entering the Chinese market as an example,but some opinions and suggestions may facilitate the internationalization of Chinese Internet enterprises.
