In recent years,Sharing economy is attracting more and more attention at home and abroad.Its development background: on one hand, due to the global economic downturn, sharing economy can effectively use the fragmentational resources. Besides,along with the development of ecological economy, people's consumption concept changes focusing on environment and resource protection.Uber as a typical sharing economic enterprise applied the source innovation to builting to two-side markets about customer and driver,developed from platform-oriented enterprise to symbiotic business ecosystem gradually by just using the existing fragmented resources and has developed into one of the world's leading Internet companies in a short span of 6 years and been assessed the value of up to $500 billion.But our domestic sharing economy enterprise: Didikuaidi,although the market size is larger than the Uber, its value assessment is just $260 billion. Based on this phenomenon, this paper uses the traditional DCF valuation method to calculating the Uber's free cash flow, at the same time, applys commercial model to analyzing Uber's value space,value growth and the source of value of Uber, to investigate the reasons of Uber's higher value assessment. Through the study on the the value assessment of Uber,we find that Uber in the beginning of creation,applied "source innovation" ,relying on technical means, to realize the fragmentation of resources integration and open up new market, got rid of the traditional thinking of "stream innovation",paied attention to the innovation of the business model of Uber, and sought the new direction and field of enterprise development.Uber is different from the traditional internet companies, through the construction of Two-side market, not only focus on the consumer value,but also pay attention to the realization of the value of the driver, its network externality is also more obvious. the rapid development of Uber, on one hand, is due to relying on advanced technology, mastering advanced, the key core technology,applying source innovation to innovativing business models,fastly and conveniently so luting consumer's demands,getting rid of traditional thinking of product innovation to open up new market; on the other hand, Uber's rapid development thanks to the operation and organization system which is highly flattened,the core of business operation is only around the marketing, occupying the market. Finally, this paper argues that Uber has the ability of sustainable development, the symbiotic business ecosystem will continue to develop and grow, Uber has broad space for development. As a result,Uber has a much higher market valuation than Didikuaidi.
