In recent years,the emergence of electricity platform has completely changed the sales model of agricultural products,China’s rural and agricultural development has undergone enormous changes,e-commerce has gradually penetrated into the rural economic development of all important links,a time rural e-commerce rising,changing The farmers living and spending habits,opened a new model of modern agriculture.In order to closely rely on the Internet technology for rural development brought about by the new changes,China has introduced a series of policies to the rural electricity business tilt,proposed according to the specific implementation of the characteristics of agricultural products e-commerce development strategy.Among them,as Yongtai County characteristics of agricultural products and farmers,one of the main sources of income of the dry,due to sales channels and many other factors,the traditional trading channels of sales channels are limited by space and time,it is difficult to get more room for development out of the County,to the province,the country and even overseas.Based on the SWOT-AHP theory,this paper analyzes the development process of Yongtai Dried Prune e-commerce with SWOT tools on the basis of the description and analysis of Yongtai Dried Prune.It has the advantages of industrial development and informatization construction.The power supply platform is conducive to the integration of resources,Logistics to promote rural economy,to promote the new rural construction of the five major advantages,but there are lack of leading business leaders,rural infrastructure behind the farmers online shopping concept book weak,extensive management behind the four major disadvantages;facing unprecedented government support,the rapid development of rural economy,Government "village" project,the rural network system tends to improve the four opportunities,and the conservative concept of rural areas,product quality protection,increase the cost of investment and the lack of electricity providers four threats.In addition,this paper also uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)model analysis,combined with the characteristics of Yongtai Dried Prune sales,build SWOT-AHP Yongtai Dried Prune e-commerce development model,analysis Yongtai Dried Prune in the process of e-commerce feasibility,Dried Prune sales channels.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward that the development of Yongtai Dried Prune e-commerce should take advantage of the policy to expand the sources of funds,optimize the integration of resources and realize the sharing of electricity resources,standardize the level of fine management,speed up the rural network construction to achieve full coverage,Businessmen to boost industrial restructuring and upgrading,to strengthen the platform to achieve innovation and efficiency of electricity business.
