Liaocheng Enterprise's Overseas Direct Investment Research

Under the background of economic globalization,Foreign Direct Investment is considered as an important way for companies to develop the international market,participate in the international division of labor and improve the international competitiveness.Since 2007,Liaocheng City began to carry out the Go Out Policy.After several years' development,the policy has made a lot of achievements as well some problems.This paper therefore analyses the current situation of Liaocheng's foreign direct investment,summarizes the features it has and the problems it faces,and then gives some practical and political advices for the city's further development of foreign direct investment.On the whole,Liaocheng's transnational corporations still face several assignable difficulties,and the municipal government still need to strengthen policy support for FDI of this city.Nonetheless,with the economic development of Liaocheng and the increasing strength of transnational corporations,also with the stronger support of government,,it is an optimistic expectation for the foreign direct investment of companies in Liaocheng City.
