It is taking H Group as research object for the thesis.On the basis of introducing company development situation,organization chart,current status of organizational culture,especially telling several typical stories happened in building organizational culture of the Group and making some extracts of the management regulations,the thesis uses person-organization fit theory and evaluation scale to analyze current organizational cultural status and existing problems as well as to know about organization-staff fit degree by doing questionnaire survey.The thesis also proposes practical suggestions in carrying out organization culture constructions.The thesis is made up of four chapters.Chapter 1 is introductions,mainly stating research background,methods and logic,purposes,the theoretical meanings and practical values of the thesis.Chapter 2 is case description,mainly introducing developing history,organizational structure and institutional regulations of the Group as well as describing some typical stories happened in organizational culture practices.Chapter 3 is case analysis.In this chapter,the author firstly elaborates relevant theories about values and then uses suitable evaluation scale to finish a questionnaire survey,finally work out scheme on improving and developing organizational culture.Chapter 4 is about case enlightens.It makes a summary about the research result of the thesis,discusses its guiding effects in organizational culture development,and points out shortcomings of the research outcomes as well as topics needed to be deepened in future study.
