With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,scholars' interest in labor research has been rising,especially after the Foxconn jump event,which has accelerated the in-depth exploration of this aspect.In this context,the author went to a private commercial concrete factory in Hebei for field investigation.This is a private enterprise located in Industrial Development Zone,the factory management team composed of occupation managers and business owners team,employees in both the local people have outsiders,each set up a small circle,into the factory to understand the plant's turnover rate is very high,which aroused my interest,what is the cause of the turnover rate is so high? What happens when private enterprises introduce professional managers? With the interaction with the interviewees deeply,I gradually found that this phenomenon is due to the enterprise management will belong to the personnel department function to give leadership,because its management way has experienced management,performance management and distribution of abusive,daily work reflects the relationship between incentive and regional,also we cannot do even keeled,which caused the other employees discontent resulted in the previous year grow with each passing day,the factory a large scale collective turnover events,serious impact on the enterprise's daily operation.Therefore,it is very important for private enterprises to improve staff management.This paper adopts interview method and observation method in the research methods,mainly on the upper,middle and lower three representatives of different status in-depth interviews,to understand them in daily life or work,encountered in employee relationship problems.When the factory employee relations research in the third part of this paper,mainly from the perspective of the staff of the enterprises at present some problems are discussed,and then use the psychological contract theory to analyze differences between the two sides from the management point of view,found that after the introduction of managers to supervise the enterprise and can not completely relieve abuse of family management in the past,mainly in three aspects,one is due to both empirical management leaders,lack of communication,form the communication fault;two is the lack of management of the demands of employees understand and timely feedback,the third is the management only pays attention to solve the problem of the lack of reflection on their own management.Therefore,aiming at the above problems to design intervention,namely the enterprise social work as the third party intervention,on the one hand serve the grass-roots workers,help them to express their demands,to properly handle the conflicts of events,establish a long-term mechanism of crisis management;on the other hand is to help enterprises to improve management,based on the existing enterprise resources to help enterprises better understand the views of staff,promote the communication between the two sides,and ultimately achieve a win-win.
