As the reform and opening up, China’s entry into the social transformation when its economic development has been accelerating. Social work plays a very important role as a professional service method in helping social disadvantaged groups and maintenance of social justice. Because of the social life rhythm speeding up, a lot of enterprise employees must face the competition and increasing pressure, the physiological and psychological problems of them emerge endlessly. A variety of mental problems such as Work stress, interpersonal relationship difficulty not only cause the decline of the enterprise performance, but also bring many physical problems employees and behavior abnormalities. Especially the employee group events such as "foxconn suicide" and "Guangzhou Honda strike" which happened in2010had made the government and the whole society begin to concern about such issues. Enterprise social work could play the role that cannot be replaced in such fields. With the professional intervention means, the legal rights of the employees will be safeguard; the psychological situation will be facilitated and spirit welfare safeguard etc services which for employees will be provided at the same time.Based on the background, the author have done a practice in a labor-intensive enterprises located in Lanzhou and carried out social work in enterprise for professional practice. With the applications such as questionnaire and interview, participatory observation, direct intervention, the enterprise employees’ data had been collected. And found the existence in the enterprise:first, the staff to include employees of the city, working content, enterprise environment and interpersonal adaptation; second, enterprise personnel department does not take; third, employee welfare do not agree. There is also a staff promotion space is too low, the performance appraisal of opaque, staff for their own development the problem such as lack of long-term planning. Application of organizational behavior in the psychological contract theory analyzed these questions, that the existence of these problems are the result of the enterprise on the employee relationship management neglect, resulting in the relationship between the internal chaos.Trying to be social work combining theory with practice, in the enterprise through social work professional model, use of employee assistance programs and other methods, to explore the social work in enterprise in the enterprise and the employee relationship management method and strategy.However, as the reason of the limitations from the objective conditions, the research time and the ability of the author, the simple who were elected in this study is limited to the labor-intensive enterprise employees who come from Lanzhou. The results of its investigation conclusion universality and representative also need further verification, this investigation and study remains to be greater scoped and longer time for inspection and gradually improved.
