With the rapid economic progress of China, the problem of Chinese Society's development speed fall behind the economic progress is appeared increasingly, party and state is put forward the policy to build a harmonious society for solving this problem. In this context, society work as the profession of promote Chinese Society welfare development, is express the more and more important part in helping the society disadvantaged groups and maintaining society fairness and justice ways. Compared with the development of Western society work, Chinese Society work just been import and development 20 years, the theory and practice are both very young, but localization is under way. And the enterprise society work as a new top for discussion in society work practice research, is a new frontier which Should be improve and interpose, especially the explode of the "Foxconn jumping" events, "Honda strike" events and other series of enterprises and employees relationship problems in 2010, make the develop of the enterprise society work is really urgent, but also face a golden opportunity at the same time. However, the weak for theoretical research of this new frontier in China is unavoidable, the relevant helping service is lacking in professional, can't adapt to the new environments. Bases on this, author was processed the professional practice and professional practical work of enterprise society work in Dongwan of Guangdong, and Shenzhen's intensive enterprises, in 2009. During that time, author was get through the interview with the employees, participant observation, direct intervention and many other ways to collect the data of employees relationship in the enterprises, on that basis to use the psychological contract theories in organizational behavior to make content analysis, and try to make the discussion of theories combine with the specific practices of enterprise society work together, to explore the manage strategy and Implementing measures in the enterprise society work in enterprise employee relationship, offer some useful information to the practice worker who is take part in enterprise society work inland, then to promote the positive development of the enterprise society work.
