In recent years,with the increasing development of economic globalization,the gradual maturity of industrial division system and structure,OEM enterprises in developing countries gain great economic interest from the global value chains.Taking advantage of cheap labor cost,rich natural resources and other elements,OEM enterprises in developing countries have been occupying a large number of OEM marketing shares in developed countries.OEM model is an important way for enterprises to enter the global value chain,but with the continually declining of labor bonus and rising of resource cost,as well as the monopoly of technology and market by multinational enterprises,OEM enterprises not only gain very low economic interest,but also are gradually locked in a low-end production process.They are trapped in a “tragic increase” situation and finally become the “World Factory” of the developed countries.Therefore,how to break through the monopoly of multinational enterprises and achieve the transformation and upgrading of OEM enterprises has become an important part of the academic research.Nowadays,OEM enterprises have realized that it's difficult to achieve upgrading and break through the monopoly of technology and market based on its own strength.Under this circumstance,OEM enterprises need to rely on external technology,knowledge and resources to achieve transformation and upgrading.Network capability,which becomes one of the important factors for upgrading,provides important marketing information and technology resources for OEM enterprises.Organizational learning provides significant help to acquire network information and knowledge for OEM enterprises,which is an important channel to acquire,utilize and create knowledge through.There are lots of researches regarding OEM enterprises' upgrading at home and abroad,but they did not conclude relatively unified results.In addition,there are few literatures about research on OEM enterprises' upgrading based on network capacity and organizational learning and this paper puts forward new opinions about network capability dimensions.Based above the analysis,this paper mainly discusses the relationship of network capability,organizational learning and OEM enterprises upgrading meanwhile builds the model between and among.This paper mainly solves two questions: how network capability affects on OEM enterprises' upgrading and how the mediation of organizational learning works between network capability and OEM enterprises upgrading.This paper mainly applies the method of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and empirical statistical analysis on the research.Firstly,through the searching,reading and summary of various literatures,this paper defines the three variables,divides the dimensions,and designs measurement scales.Then,it builds theoretical model of the three variables and proposes the corresponding research hypothesis.Before drawing the conclusion,this paper gathers many available data through questionnaire and makes empirical analysis for these data.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures for the research of OEM enterprises' upgrading,and points out the limitation and future research direction at the end of the paper.
