Public Policy Research To Promote The Development Of Logistics Park

Logistics park as an innovative form of logistics nodes.The large scale of logistics park is not only contribute to the adjustment of logistics park industry structure but also become the new engine of regional development.Logistics platform as the product of the internet and logistics integration is increasingly becoming an important tool to improve the efficiency of the park and to improve park investment environment.With the platform economics,the problems are also put forward new demands to public policy.Tianjin Administrative Commission of LandPort Logistical Equipment Industrial Park create the platform operation mode of "logistics park +services formats".Although this mode cater to the development trend of the modern logistics industry,this model is not in conformity with the current policy system.This lead to a series of problems in the operation.In the new situation,this problems elicit the research and thinking the public policy of the development of logistics park.This thesis start from the background of logistics estate,combine with the typical logistics development mode.According to the analysis of the current development situation and the resistance of the Tianjin Administrative Commission of LandPort Logistical equipment Industrial Park.This article discusses the role of government at all stages of its development from the national,regional and local level.And further analysis the public policy,which is related to the logistics park development and management.At the same time,this article takes lessons from the U.S.and Japan logistics industry,which is the representative of the advanced logistics industry,development policy.And also draw lessons from the operation experience of domestic logistics park and logistics platform.Combined with correlation theory,put forward policy suggestions to promote the development of logistics park in China,which is include the Tianjin Administrative Commission of LandPort Logistical Equipment Industrial Park.First,from the perspective of two-sided ties,to comb the relationship between the government and the platform type enterprises,to create new management model of Logistics Park.Second,from the perspective of industrial cluster,providing suggestions for government to build logistics integration communication platform.Finally,from the perspective of logistics supply side,the government should help enterprise on the supply side,fill their short board,create new business model.This article,by using the theory of two-sided market and so on,standing in the perspective of the social demand for logistics policy to analysis the public policy in order to promote the development of logistics park.An exploration is made to the research about the public policy of platform of logistics park operation mode.But the research on public policy of platform enterprises is a new issue.Platform management and logistics park policy system construction is both a hot and difficult point.This is also the direction of my further research.
