In the background of the rapid development of social economy and modem information technology, the traditional logistics business model changes constantly. Logistics information platform as the core characteristic of the logistics informatization, its construction and business model research is gradually concerned by the majority of researchers.This paper researches from the background of the type of logistics information platform and analyzes the construction of the logistics information platform from three aspects of the architecture, function structure and system structure. In order to establish a viable business model evaluation system, this paper analyses systematically the business model from the internal and external environment, then, uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight to evaluate the business model and makes optimization recommendations based on the evaluation results.Firstly, this paper analyzes the nature, the classification and the main participant of the logistics information platform of two-sided markets which is on the basis of the collection, sorting and induction of the logistics information platform in the literature and practices mode and operational data. Starting from the background of the architecture, function structure and system structure, this paper builds a complete theoretical framework of logistics information platform. Secondly, with reference to the logical structure of logistics information platform about infrastructure layer, platform layer, application layer and user layer from four levels; the building of the logistics information platform is divided into four stages and six steps to implement. Thirdly, using the PEST analysis methods analyze the market environment from two aspects of the internal environment and external environment and evaluate the opportunities and challenges of the logistics information platform construction and operation facing objectively. Lastly, this paper combining with balanced scorecard principles researches from the background of the five dimensions of the logistics information platform business model and designs the evaluation index system of logistics information platform business model based on the five-dimensional model of the Balanced Scorecard. China Smart Logistic Network is introduced as a case and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight is chosen to evaluate the value of the business model of the platform. Combined with the research results, the corresponding optimization suggestion on its business model is proposed. |
