Study On Evaluation Indexes Relationship Of Information And Industrial Fusion For Industrial Enterprises

With the increasingly fierce of international competition,our country vigorously promote the informatization and industrialization fusion is a major measure for accelerating economic development mode transformation,is also a necessary choice to take a new industrialization road.Currently,when assess the informatization and industrialization fusion for industrial enterprises,National standard gives a framework for various industries,every industrial industry should be based on the standard,develop the industry assessment standard accord with own characteristics and needs,guide and promote the industrial enterprises of informatization and industrialization fusion and their continuous improvement correctly.Industrial enterprises should be based on the standard and industry assessment standard,develop enterprise evaluation index system for personal use,conduct enterprise self-assessment and diagnosis,then it is particularly important to analyze the relationship between the assessment indicators.This study analyzes the relationship between informatization and industrialization fusion evaluation index,find out the main impact indexes,reveal the relationship between indicators,is conducive to clear the focus of informatization and industrialization fusion and the direction of development,promoting the informatization and industrialization fusion process,build the sustainable competitive ability in the informatization environment.This study is based on national standard and reference to domestic and international research results,combing and analyzing informatization and industrialization fusion evaluation index system for the purely process enterprise.And select infrastructure,single application,comprehensive integration and collaborative innovation index groups from index system to construct six relationship model.Based on 431 industrial enterprise data which production type is pure process as samples,Canonical correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship of evaluation index.Experimental results showed that there are significant positive correlations between infrastructure,single application,comprehensive integration and collaborative innovation assessment indicators.Relationship between single application and comprehensive integration was the most significant.Followed by infrastructure and single application,comprehensive integration and collaborative innovation,single application and collaborative innovation,infrastructure and comprehensive integration,infrastructure and collaborative innovation.Which plays a major role in the association between informatization and industrialization fusion evaluation index system,Infrastructure such as equipment and facilities,and information resources,Single application such as production management,manufacturing,quality and measurement,energy and environmental protection,safety management,project management,and other business management,Comprehensive integration such as management and control integration,production and marketing integration,financial and business integration,Collaborative innovation such as product life cycle green development and industrial chain collaboration.Lastly,based on research conclusions,give the industrial enterprises to carry out and promote the informatization and industrialization fusion some countermeasures and suggestions.
