At present,the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution is sweeping the world.It coincides with the accelerated transformation of China's economic development mode.The international division of labor is facing a reshaping.From"Made in China" to "Created in China",we need to realize the successful transformation from a big manufacturing country to an intelligent country.One of the key goals of the "Made in China 2025" needs to be firmly grasped.One of these is the integration of industrialization and information It is very important for our country to lead the world trend to realize the "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization".As one of the old industrial bases in northeast Heilongjiang,province,the industrial structure is backward,the industrial development is slow,and the upgrading of the industrial structure is imminent.In recent years,under the call of the state,the region has achieved certain development results in "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization".However,there is no universally accepted standard to measure the level of development of regional "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization".This paper constructs the model of regional "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" maturity evaluation from the perspective of multi-dimensional macroscopical,which covers the construction of evaluation index system,the determination of comprehensive weight and the classification standard of maturity level,so as to make a reasonable evaluation of the level of"The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" in Heilongjiang province.Based on the study of the typical "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization"evaluation index system in the most frequently cited and authoritative articles,this paper selects the integrated basic environment,integrated application,and integrated benefit as the first-level indicators.Each level of indicators consists of two secondary indicators,a total of six secondary indicators,and comprehensive information and industrialization evaluation indicators.In order to eliminate the effects of redundancy among the indicators,14 representative indicators were selected by factor analysis method as the third level index,and the index system was transformed into a structural model.This paper also refers to the previous research results,combined with the "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization"fusion mechanism,built corresponding to this article evaluation index system level five maturity model and evaluation criteria,and finally focused on the "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" of Heilongjiang province development situation.The integration index is calculated using a layered gray correlation evaluation method.Horizontal,using data from 30 provinces and cities across the country from 2014 to 2016 as a sample,the average level of three years is obtained,and the "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" maturity index of Heilongjiang Province is determined.Ranking in the country;In the vertical direction,the data from Heilongjiang Province from 2014 to 2016 were used as a sample to study the development trend of Heilongjiang Province in the past three years.According to the horizontal and vertical analysis,From 2014 to 2016,the average annual maturity index of "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" in Heilongjiang Province was 54.4011,which is at the level of maturity,and "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization" is at a relatively low level nationwide,but the overall level of integration has steadily increased from 2014 to 2016.Compared with Guangdong province,Shandong province and Shanxi province,Heilongjiang province should strengthen scientific research investment and information infrastructure construction in order to enhance the level of "The fusion of Industrialization and Informatization".
