Virtual reality technology is a new comprehensive practical technology that has been developed at the end of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century,including computer graphics,sensor measurement technology,simulation and artificial intelligence,multimedia technology and digital image processing technology integration.The technology can create an interactive,virtual,realistic three-dimensional space environment,but also for people's operations and activities to make a relatively accurate and timely response,so that people kind of reality out of the feelings.In March 2014,Facebook to $ 2 billion acquisition of Oculus,in December 2015,HTC released its virtual reality device HTC VIVE,and held a global developer summit,the global set off a VR commercialization,popularity of the wave.Since then,Google,Sony,Samsung and other giants have in the field of virtual reality to carry out the layout,the same domestic lonely,the birth of the storm mirror,fireworks workshop,music phase,Rui Yue,TVR,ants and many other companies,Tencent,Music as,Huayi Brothers,millet,Baidu,giant,grand and other large domestic enterprises.At the same time,the market capital giant is very optimistic about the market prospects of VR and in all areas of application development,VR users get more in the past can not provide entertainment and other application services.In this paper,X company as a research case,which is engaged in a VR technology R & D and application of small start-up companies,the main business for virtual reality education and training,film and television production,game development,market users to provide virtual design,film and television entertainment,Education applications and other multi-domain services.This article will study how to help X companies in the current fierce environment to do a competitive strategy layout and arrangements,and then in the market competition in a place.This paper first discusses the strategic management theory,the basic competitive strategy theory,the development of competitive strategy analysis tool;then use the PEST analysis,Porter five force model,SWOT matrix tool to X company's internal and external environment in-depth analysis;The most suitable for the X company's differentiation strategy of the conclusions of the competition,and then put forward the implementation of competition strategy X firm safeguards.
