Research On The Paths For Small&Micro Enterprises Under The Internet Finance

Small and micro businesses as an important pillar of China's economy,but the financial services they acquired don't match with their economic status.Financial difficulties and high cost of financing caused by asymmetric information has seriously restricted the development of small and micro enterprises in China.Limited by the economic characteristics of small and micro enterprises and financial modes of banks,traditional financial institutions can't completely solve the financial difficulties of small and micro enterprises.Internet Finance has the advantage of information,cost,efficiency and Pratt&Whitney,provide a new possibility for solving the financial difficulties of small and micro enterprises.The article mainly divides into four parts.Firstly,the paper summarizes the main economic characteristics of small and micro enterprises and analyze the causes of the financial difficulties;demonstrates the Internet Finance coping mechanism for financial distress,combined with SWOT analysis to make overall evaluation for Internet financial services small and micro enterprises.Secondly,based on the three pillars of the Internet finance theory,the paper propose three paths of Internet Finance service small and micro enterprises,including information path,financing path and payment path,and make an analysis of the internal mechanism of Internet Finance service small and micro enterprises,find the difference of path between Internet Finance and bank service small and micro enterprises.Thirdly,take Ant Financial as example,analyzes the specific path and effect of information,financing and payment path.Finally,from the perfect credit system,optimize the financial ecology,clear its economic position,and improve the regulatory model four aspects put forward policy suggestions to perfect the small and micro enterprises Internet financial services,hope to give full play to the advantages of Internet Finance,break the bottleneck of our country's small and micro enterprise financing difficulties help small and micro enterprise development.
